“Perfect stay”

“We really appreciated the clean comfortable room, friendly staff, daily room servicing, happy hour and included buffet breakfast. While we didn't dine in the restaurant- dinner menu looked great. The staff always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was a fantastic base for our exploration of the Ballarat region. We will recommend this hotel to others considering staying in Ballarat.”

“Reception guy was friendly and the pool was heated. They were the only things that were ok. We stayed for 2 nights with 3 kids. Do not recommend. Room was so old and foul. Pillows and beds are super old and uncomfortable. The photos make it look way nicer than it is. Everything is so run down. It needs some serious love and care.”

“What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. “Comfortable room and quiet”

“This is a basic motel in a great location. It’s clean and comfortable if you are just looking for a bed to stay the night. We have stayed here a few times now.”

“Easy check in, comfy bed, clean room (with the exception of the bathroom). Cleaners need to focus on the shower as that was not very clean at all. Will be sending photos. Breakfast buffet was ok, not worth $35 per head. Would be great if they kept up with the demand as we had to keep going to check if they had refilled some items. Ie: no eggs. Other than that we’re happy with our stay.”
