“The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. ”

“Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong...

“Lack of resources such as toilet paper trash bags dish detergent etc. No batteries for the smoke detector or thermostat. And a broken baseboard when you walk in the front door”

“When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities.”

“Large home with ample bathrooms and tons of beds, with a convenient location. However, the property is in need of updates and not well-maintained. There are several cracked tiles in the kitchen and the laminate flooring throughout the house is coming up. The living room furniture and patio furniture need to be replaced. The yard is much smaller than it appears in the photos and the grass wasn't mowed. A shutter had fallen off the front of the house and was just lying in the yard. Shrubs and...

“Staff were superb...breakfast was good...Only bad thing I can think of is the lack of sufficient water pressure...not sure if this was due to a flow restrictor in the shower head, or if it was just low pressure overall...I would definitely stay here again, even though I didn't need a room with basically a kitchen....”
