The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Avoid at all costs. The photos used to advertise this hotel are completely misleading, the real rooms look nothing like what’s shown online. The condition of the property was unacceptable. My room was dirty and in poor repair: water-stained ceilings, cracked walls, holes near fixtures, and burned electrical outlets. One room didn’t even have a smoke detector, and had exposed extension cords and electrical tape connecting a makeshift LED lighting fixture. It felt unsafe and neglected. I ended...

“The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. ”

“Ci sono camere con cani che abbaiano, perchè lasciati soli dai padroni. C'è odore di cibo in corridoio, perchè chi fa lunghe permanenze cucina o riscalda cibi in camera. Abbiamo dormito 2 notti e non hanno mai pulito. Non esiste breakfast room, ma un triste contenitore nella hall con poche scelte di cibo e bevande, comunque da consumare in camera. Peraltro, quando noi siamo andati, i cibi erano finiti e li abbiamo dovuto richiedere. Lavatrice, asciugatrice e detersivo solo a pagamento. C'è...

“Continental breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the general areas were dirty. Although is supposed to be a smokefree hotel, there were cigarette butts in the stairwells and hallway. The room was clean, but furniture was old. TV was out dated and few channels. Security was great! Honestly - 2 star hotel for a 4 star price. ”

“Non ci si può aspettare di più da un Red Roof. Camera pulita, letti un po' scomodi ma il budget è basso quindi le aspettative devono essere basse. Ottimo stop per un road trip. Vicino a memphis tennessee e tutte le attrazioni principali.”
