“Staff was courteous ”

“We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

“The breakfast menu was very selective, hot, and tasteful. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and customer service oriented. The air conditioning was great in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly always pick it when I stay in the Memphis area.”

“We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.”

“The parking was easy. The room key didn’t work and had to walk back to lobby for a new one. The employees were nice though. The rooms outdated and what repairs that were done were messy and done poorly. The back of the property had old tubs sitting out with weeds growing in them and trash all over. The bathroom in the lobby wasn’t working at all. The breakfast would never pass health department inspection. The eggs were cold as were the biscuits, the sausage was room temperature. “I really liked the room was clean”

“Breakfast was good, staff was great to wok with, limited staff at night, could not keep towels in pool area, the last morning of our stay there was no hot water in the shower only mildly warm.”
