“We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.”

“Room 234 hot tub was broke and had to flip breaker to use it. It would come on loudly in the middle of the night until the breaker popped. They wouldnt switch rooms because we booked through Expedia. Light was out in our room and they hand my wife a light bulb to change it. Had reservations at the Lookout restaurant at 6:30, got sat at 7, got someone elses (2 filets and a ceasar) food at 8pm which they said eat until we got our food at 9:45.
