“Stayed in a pet friendly room. The entire hallway smelled terrible but our room was another level of horrid. The floors were upon arrival were so dirty that our sock turned black. The walls and baseboards were covered in spray marks, dirt, and dust. Before I checked out, I pulled the sheets off for housekeeping and noted fresh looking pee stains (that my animals did not do) to the mattress covers and one had dirt marks all over it. “Great location off 64. Front desk staff were amazing. The pool was really nice. The room was exactly the right location I prefer. My granddaughter got to have popcorn they serve in the lobby. The bed and pillows were great, so comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast, but my granddaughter did, it looked really good. Every time I stay here I enjoy the stay!”

“The main lobby looked nice and comfortable and was met with a lovely receptionist, however after going through several rooms with issues or animal urine Oder, broken bed, a dead door, flicking bathroom lights, and the strong abundant Oder or mildew in each room outside of the one that smelled like pet Oder the stay was terrible, the bath tub was also poorly kept to a of soap scum build up and rust coming through so a shower was out of the questions! We cut it short and left the receptionist that...

“Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.”
