Hotel a Muldraugh

“Great staff the young lady at the the desk on 1st shift was very helpful and welcoming with a great energetic attitude! Something you don't get from many places these days ... The room was also very clean and had warm welcome as well. The pools were excellent which they have a indoor an a outdoor pool with a hot tub. Vending machines could have been better but they worked an was stalked. All around a very great place to stay an the Back street cafe was awesome to which is a little cozy...

“Appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The tv was easy to figure out and worked well. The pool area was well lit and clean. Breakfast was filling.”

“There wasn't anything horribly wrong with this hotel, but there also wasn't anything great about it either. The pool is nice, but it stays full and it makes the whole building feel and smell damp and musty. The building is older. The carpets throughout were really dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. It's not going to be a bad experience if you need a weekend stay for a game, but it wouldn't be my pick for a vacation or anything like that.”

“Assessable room smelt like dog. An open box of baking soda assisted with improving that. I dont travel without it. Hotel was very clean, however needs updating Lamp shades for one, carpeting. I would definitely stay there again. Continental breakfast was adequate.”

“We rented two rooms. One was ok just smelled old and musty. The other room had hair on the shower walls, the shower took forever to drain, the sheets had stains on them and the wash cloth had black stains on it. We stayed two nights. No one ever brought us new linen. We had one adult and two kids booked in each room. We were given two towels for the whole stay. While swimming we asked for pool towels and were given two. The lady said she would bring more but never did. We had to keep going to...

“A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”

“The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

“The hallways smell very old and musty but the room smelled just fine. We arrived later at night and was staying the whole weekend. Our key card wouldn't work in the door the first night, so we had to get let into our room. The man at the front desk was very nice and walked down and let us in our room. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so we showered first thing in the morning with no shower curtain. We came back in the middle of the day and our door was left open by the maid for no...
