“This house was very charming. The room is beautiful. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing! We would love to visit again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!”

“Had a studio suite reserved and confirmed. Hotel gave my room away and got a regular room. Hotel is newer which is great. Beds are super hard. You can hear people in next rooms over and in hallways. Breakfast buffet is a complete joke. No idea how this place had the higher reviews it did.”

“The motelier was great. Stayed up waiting for my arrival. Woke up in the middle of the night to give me a new key. Thank you. The sheet on the bed was thin. Had to get my own blanket. The bathroom was in need of some age-related repairs. Otherwise, a great clean room. Nice look on the outside. Easily accessible, though a bit outside of town. Most reasonably priced properties are within an hour's drive of Churchill Downs on Derby weekend. That was an asset!”

“The first room we were given had some weird splatter on the ceiling, tv and floor. There was also a wasp in the room. We asked for a diff room this one was much cleaner but smelt like cat pee.”
