“Great staff!!”

“This property needs to be updated badly. The bathtubs looked to be dirty but were badly stained. One of our rooms, the shower had hair in it still. The refrigerator didnt keep items very cold. The pool area was dirty and the pool had things floating in it such as hair, silly sting, dead mosquitoes(inside pool). The was a piece of the pool that kept coming unhooked and the staff just said "oh its fine." They would just pull the piece to the side of pool and put a wet floor sign over it. Breakfast...

“Very much older property and it shows. Renovations have been done but cheaply. The carpet in the room had mud stains. The bathroom faucet would shoot out water from the sides of handle if you turned it to much. The tv only had about 15 channels cause the rest were locked and was told management only pays for a few channels. The breakfast is terrible. The hot water had to run for at least 15-20 mins to be hot. There was a few positive things… room size, had microwave and nice size mini fridge,...

“Checked in at 9:30pm with a very nice, polite reception clerk. Went to room and discovered the inn as being completely run down. Though an obvious effort had been made to clean, there was a musty smell, loud rambling ac unit and we could hear everything from the family in the adjacent room. Bathroom was in poor shape. The bed was uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep. My wife was so distraught and disgusted we checked out 3hrs later and forfeited the stay. Got back on the road and kept...

“Door didn't latch to our room unless you slammed it shut. Felt like you were going to rip the plumbing out of the shower when trying to turn on the shower. Had to ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. Water didn't get very hot for the shower. ”

“My husband and I stayed at the property. Parking was easy and safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated with a nice modern shower. The staff was available by text. The common areas (we didn't use because we were visiting family not far from the property) included a large kitchen, big screen theater room with 8 recliners and a living room area. Over all our stay was enjoyable for the amount of time we spent there for sleeping. ”
