“The first night was noisy outside my room till 11p. I told front desk, she said it should have been quiet after 10p. I needed another roll of toilet paper. I called and front desk told me to come get it. I'm on vacation and didn't want to run get it. Breakfast was not very good. Oj was watered down. No gravey for biscuits”

“After a 15-hour drive, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room felt dirty as soon as I walked in. The bedspread looked stained, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found pubic hair and long black hairs, indicating the bedding had not been changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine.
