“The room was disgusting and stinky and there were no blankets on the bed. And the sheets were dirty! The whole experience was terrible!!”

“Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump.”

“The room was not clean. The floors were dirty and the room smelled. The water did not get warm showering. The gutter on the outside of the building was hanging from the roof to the ground.”

“The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were very spacious and clean and bathroom was a 10 on cleanliness as well Great stay for the night,have stayed there on several trips and will continue.”

Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.”

“We stayed for a basketball tournament with several middle school boys, and it was a great stay! The pool was great and the automatic pancake maker at breakfast was a hit with them!”

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”
