“The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint, we chose to “pay at property upon check in”. They tried to charge the card that morning before we arrived at the location.”

“The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom felt outdated. The shower curtain didn't keep the water inside the tub, so the bathroom floor flooded during every shower. The exterior hallways could also use better upkeep and maintenance. Overall, the staff was excellent, but a few facility improvements would make the stay much better.”

“Unfortunate situation. I was doing a cross country drive. I wanted to stop so I booked 2 days, last minute, through Expedia. I arrived just before midnight. The room is clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I couldn't sleep. I was up by 5:30 in the morning, checked out before 6:30am. I asked the staff if I can get refunded my second day and was told to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told the hotel refused to release the second day payment. I was asked to revise my original review to...
