Hotel a New Concord

“The room needed repainting, there was a quarter inch dust on the nightstand lightbulb, the floor lamp did not work, the towels and sheets were thin/torn and stained, and the air conditioner worked only intermittently.”

The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. “First of all, the staff was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and always happy to help. Unfortunately, other parts of our stay were not so good. The breakfast was lacking in just about every area except cleanliness. Selection was very limited. Tasteless eggs and some strange type of sausage. The hot waffle maker was the best option. Ran out of coffee before breakfast ended with no refill of the dispensers. The pool was heated and clean and there was sufficient seating available. Our room was...
