“Room smelled of smoke, water pipes were loud and noisy. We heard the family above us running across the floor until late at night. Staff who checked us is was also the only one working the next morning to check out and keep the breakfast bar filled.”

“This historic district in Paducah is something to behold - and this hotel is a perfect place to experience it. The building has been beautifully and smartly renovated. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The mattress on our bed is ready for replacement and an upgrade. Awesome walk-in shower with two shower heads. Would happily stay here again.”

Only one box of Kleenex in the room.When we arrived there the whole downstairs and the front desk area was under construction.Dirt and debris was flying everywhere!! The place was supposed to have a pool which we were looking forward to., however the pool was also under construction so that really hurt our experience there . “Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and request for 1st floor was granted. We only had coffee but food smelled good. Only complaint is with Expedia. Although the 1st floor was granted, it is not always the case. Also, the hotel is pet friendly but the charge for pet is not included in the rate at booking. Can’t Expedia show the actual pet rates for the rooms? Thank you”
