“We stayed in the "Beatles Room" and it was awesome! So many pictures, posters, and memorabilia. It really tooks us back to the good ole days. The breakfast was very good and the gravy was the best. Both receptionists we talked to were friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to come back and recommend staying there.”

“The room and rest of the hotel were clean; the staff was very courteous. The only issue was that we didn't get the room I booked. I had booked a king accessible and we were given a double queen non-accessible. I also did not know the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Since we were given a non-accessible room, we had to go upstairs and my husband has health issues that make stairs difficult, but we made do.”

“The room needed repainting, there was a quarter inch dust on the nightstand lightbulb, the floor lamp did not work, the towels and sheets were thin/torn and stained, and the air conditioner worked only intermittently.”

“The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy.
