“Everything was great location ,huge park right across street! Burger King close by , express real close Church of Christ real close had Sunday evening services, gas station real close. Remodeled place except 1 thing our charger plug in wouldn’t stay in their 110 outlets. They need to put better quality 110 outlets in. That could cause a fire! So we didn’t use their 110 outlets. Other than that everything else was perfect.”

“Room had weird odor, no ice in the ice machine. Not much to choose from for breakfast. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Easy parking was the highlight of the stay. If every place else is full and you just need to get off the road and sleep it might be ok for one night!!”

“The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities were great for such a budget-friendly rate. We will definitely stay here again! A slip-resistent suface in the tub would be much appreciated as well as a grab bar and soap holder in the shower”

“This bed and breakfast is beautifully decorated and updated. The owners, Melinda and Cary, are two of the nicest and most accommodating people you will ever meet. Great amenities. Easy access to downtown Paducah. Five Stars!”

“This hotel was nice and affordable. As of April 2026, they are undergoing renovations. The bottom floor is still under construction. There is no barrier of any type between the sanding and dust and the elevator or breakfast area. However, the renovated rooms are huge and very nice. Parking is okay. Breakfast was good. Pool was not in service at the time of my stay. ”

“Staff very friendly. Liked the coffee/tea machine, the tea did not taste like coffee. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the area clean. My only dislike was the large cabinet in our room rattled everytime we walked by. Also we were on the second floor, did not like the stomping of the people above us.”

“It looks like a old Days Inn inside and out. The room was recently painted up to the ceiling, the bathroom light / fan fixture in the ceiling needs a good soak and clean or replacement. The room has a 17" ? TV, mini fridge and microwave, but did not have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The floors needed mopped, they were sticky. The 2 queen beds were comfortable enough, although they both squeak when one moved. We were on the first floor, and were able to park right in front on our entrance...

“Unfortunately, this hotel now caters to traveling sports teams. There were MANY unsupervised children running throughout the hotel (inside and out) and well into the night. The staff addressed our concerns by moving our stay to an upper floor where they were supposedly not staying. Wrong! These hoodlums ran, unsupervised, everywhere!! We loved staying here twice a year, but no more.”

“The room was as clean as it could be , but the furniture was shabby. A/C worked great, but the room didn’t have a coffee machine, or hair dryer, and no amenities in the bathroom other than a single bar of soap. we could smell cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. No breakfast either.”
