“Yuck ”

“Seemingly family ran. All the flooring and fixtures throughout this hotel are brand new.. The gym is small and the room was small but new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens were nice and shower pressure was great.. worth the money we paid to stay there.”

“Only had hand soap in bathroom and shower. No body wash. No big deal. lol. I’m sure we could have gotten some from staff but had our own anyway.”

“This hotel is disgusting. It should be poor quality no choice hotels I don’t even know how they call themselves a hotel that’s not even a motel that’s a crack den. There was roaches in the first room and the second room that they switched us to live roaches running around had to be killed. There was holes in the ceiling. The door have been kicked in deadbolt and chain lock did not work so the door gave light in and also air. It was dry blood on the headboard and dry blood on the floor by the...

“This was my first stay at this hotel. I’ve been visiting Elizabeth City for 5 years now. Excellent service, if I had to share any con, it would be that the tiny night light on my headboard didn’t work. I highly recommend it!”

“Jet spa was nice and warm on a cooler spring weekend but the jets were not working. Pool was clean but cool. The Lifesaving Station food was good and the wait staff was great! Fireplace in our room did not work and despite notifying staff on Friday evening when we arrived, no one ever came to work on it by the time we left Sunday at lunch time. The resort hosted a fairly large (200 guest?) wedding Saturday, and there was a lot of trash left all over Sunday morning. ”

“Location great. A bird sanctuary across the road. Beach right behind hotel. Harris Teeter a couple miles up the road. 15 min drive from wild horse tours. 15 minutes from the Town of Duck. Staff very friendly. Free breakfast bar with good waffles.”
