“What a wonderful location and property for a friends getaway!! The patio area was enchanting and lends itself to complete relaxation, coffee in the AM and wine in the PM!!Also, a nice space for my sweet pup to relax as the patio is fully enclosed. Parking was amazing and the condo was very clean and supplied well.Riki the owner/property manager was helpful and very enjoyable to meet. “What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just...

Parking is 1 per hour and there is a bit of a walk down a large hill which was a bit difficult for my older mother. Once at the beach it was perfect! Enjoyed the pool and gym that was accessible on the propert. Condo had everything we needed for meals and the extra beach gear was helpful. Great location!”
