This courtyard facing, luxury vacation villa is well suited for any family or group, offering 1 ½ baths with a wealth of comforting amenities. The master bedroom features a rustic Italian-style bed and bath, while the expansive bathroom features a dual headed shower with beautiful terrazzo tile. This villa does not have it's own private balcony, the balcony pictured is a common area balcony.

The plush beige suede futon is ready to house extra guests in the living and dining area. You'll find a glass dining table there, designed to make it easy to accommodate everyone. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops set against our custom mahogany wood cabinetry.
The luxury amenities of this villa are well appointed to accommodate both small and large groups. This spacious villa is accessible, in that it is wheelchair and handicap friendly with easy access to our main driveway.

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Lost & Found Return Policy:
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
