Addormentarsi al suono delle onde da Pacific Villas Unit Six

Costruita negli anni '40, questa struttura ristrutturata combina dettagli originali come lo splendido camino in pietra con mobili moderni e una disposizione aperta. Rilassati su un balcone con un drink in mano e guarda il sole che affonda nel Pacifico. Al mattino, preparati a colpire la spiaggia, godendoti la vista del surf comodamente dal tuo appartamento.

Pacific Villas: l'Unità 6 si trova nell'edificio est di 3 piani al secondo piano. L'unità si affaccia sull'oceano con una parziale vista sull'oceano a sud-ovest ed è incastonata in un piccolo complesso di 6 case vacanza a conduzione familiare.

L'unità può ospitare comodamente due persone, tuttavia fino a quattro persone sono consentite con un costo aggiuntivo dopo due persone. La quota di fatturato non è negoziabile in quanto viene pagata direttamente ai servizi di pulizia e biancheria di terze parti che puliscono professionalmente le nostre unità tra ogni soggiorno.

La struttura ha un fatturato nello stesso giorno, pertanto NON consentiamo il check-in anticipato o il check-out posticipato poiché il nostro personale addetto alle pulizie e alla manutenzione si affida a tale finestra temporale per preparare l'unità per il prossimo soggiorno.

Il complesso è perfetto per coppie o piccole famiglie. Pacific Villas non ammette feste o eventi all'interno del complesso né consentiamo servizi fotografici sulla proprietà.

The property was great! It was clean, had everything that we needed, and it was a perfect location! It was a perfect getaway for my son and I, in need of some relaxation and time to connect. We went to Legoland one day, realizing we were just a short drive away! We then went on a sunset walk to the pier, since the property is only minutes away. The next day we spent the day at the beach. My 12 year old was super happy and really enjoyed himself...and this is hard to say for a pre-teen. We loved it! The only "negative" thing I would say (which wasn't even a problem really) was that our room was the bottom room and we could definitely hear the people upstairs getting up early...but, that is just the way things go when you are staying in a building with multiple floors. Besides that, it was very quiet...and honestly the only thing we could hear was the ocean. We loved it!

I usually have some kind of note about something that could be better. Not today! I highly recommend this property, it's location and it's very nicely appointed units. The communication from management was excellent, and the keyless entry for both the exterior gate and the unit made things super easy coming and going.

The stay was beautiful! we loved that we could hear the ocean right outside our door. Parking was super easy and everything we needed was located close by. If we needed anything, they promptly responded. My only two complaints were that there was no AC, which was fine for us because the time of year, but had it been any warmer we may have been upset. Secondly, you can see the ocean, but it is all rocks. It is quite a hike down to the beach, we ended up driving it. Overall, great stay though!!!

Clean place, easy 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops (coffee and a little store even closer just a couple minutes). So close to the water that you can easily hear the ocean. Parking is on street for the unit, but was never an issue. Would stay here again.

From start to finish It was a smooth and very positive process. Pacific Villas had everything you need for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Lauren Aldrich was outstanding in her welcoming communication and was very helpful with any questions we had. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. And the sounds of the ocean were 24-7!

This was the perfect spot for our 1 night stay in Oceanside. Everything was as advertised. Had one small problem which was communicated to Lauren and she quickly responded and handled. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Besides the property and the location being amazing the owner’s communications were also. The place was as described and we were literally footsteps from the water. The evenings are lovely and lively outside. We even clearly saw the great conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter in the night sky. We will definitely book this property again if the chance is afforded.

Super cute, very clean and well maintained with a view of the ocean - does it get any better? As a matter of fact, it does! Lauren is like your favorite, cool cousin that wants you to enjoy your visit and all the places she loves. From recommendations to coffee places, restaurants, yoga across from the beach, bakeries and Farmer’s Market - we were able to pack so much into a 2 1/2 day stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was icing on the cake! Wonderful experience from booking to check out. We can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful property! It is the most perfect location, very clean and close to the beach. We parked our car when we got there and didn't need it again until we left. Lauren was extremely helpful every step of the way and I loved her recommendations! We are already looking forward to our next stay at Pacific Villas.

This O'Side apartment on "The Strand" was affordable, clean and comfortable with updated and modern amenities. In addition to the cool ocean breeze, we had a very short walk to the beach and the Oceanside Pier, as well as cable and wifi.

This little villa is perfect for a couples getaway. The views are awesome & there is plenty of places close by to eat. Our host Lauren was great & gave us many recommendations on things to do & places to eat. Will definitely try to book here again.👍🏼
