“I had a reservation at this property thru Expedia. I have to start by saying I am very disappointed with Expedia and the Hotel. I wanted to cancel my trip a day after the free cancellation window ended but a day before the trip start due to medical reasons. When I called the hotel, the hotel was ready to cancel the reservation for small fee or even reschedule for a later date without the fee, but they wanted Expedia to call them since the reservation was thru them. “The couch had stains all over it, the chair had stains on it,the rugs had stains on them. the lamps didn’t work, there was mold behind the bathroom door, mold on the window curtains, debris in the dresser drawer, the pool area had ants everywhere, the outdoor seating was stained, torn, dirty or had cigarette burns in it. “This is an Old Dump, paid for 50 years ago yet they soak you for this terrible road side room . Hell it was like a kennel there were so many dogs . Dog pissed in elevator . Lovely .Bath tub , with no water spout, dog scratches in the tub , I guess a dog had it before us .Room was worn and nasty , chair was broken , chair was worn and torn . “We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards.”
