“The staff were very informative and very helpful. The rooms smelt very clean and the beds were very comfy”

“We were woken up by a guest threatening to kill another guest right outside of our room and when we called the front desk, the manager was incredibly dismissive of our safety concerns. We were told the guest was still in the hotel and if it happened again, police would be called. We expressed concern that the police were not called and that the guest remained in the building, however, the manager said it was “only a verbal dispute”. “Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.”

“Room was clean as were the towels. We just felt this Hampton Inn needs a ‘refresh’ as paint was peeling off in the bathroom as well as the wall paper bubbling (room 417). Dings in the door…we believe it is an older Hampton…needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was very good as the touch of ‘gift bag’with 2 bottles of water and in the morning complimentary cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful ( put our cooler freezer packs into a freezer ready for us in the morning for our next leg of our trip!)”

“The hotel is old which isn’t a problem but it’s I desperate need of a total renovation. It’s damp and there is mold everywhere. The staff was nice. It was okay for a one night stay as it was just to sleep and leave the next day. Even the floor felt damp to walk on. It didn’t feel extremely safe either.”
