“We were in room 3 which was huge, it comprised of a small sitting room, bathroom and large bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, room spotless, tv in both sitting room and bedroom. Small fridge in the sitting room with milk and chilled water which was very welcome as it was extremely hot. Breakfast was lovely, good portions, and all the staff were fantastic. “Stayed for 3 nights. Parking at the rear always available, From 'check in' onwards the staff were pleasant, helpful and professional, including carrying our bags to the first floor room. The double room was quite spacious, with it's own short 'hall' to the bath/shower room and door to the main hotel landing, so you enter into a short hall and not straight into the bedroom, nice touch. “There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark.”

The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! Pub itself was nice. Stuff behind the bar were very friendly. Landlord was grumpy and chose to see it with both their big air-condition fans facing himself.”

Il proprietario ci ha accolti con estrema cordialità nonostante fossero quasi le 10 di sera, una persona deliziosa! Camera pulita, comoda e funzionale, non manca nulla.
