“Easy parking, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, the bed was super comfy, Debbie at the front desk was very nice and explained everything I needed to know and also enrolled me in a rewards program, Tiffany kept everything running smooth on the breakfast buffet, and Donna helped answer some questions in the morning.”

“In an old mining town founded in 1793. So much history going back to the French and Indian wars, the American Revolution. This friendly clean and sweet hotel sits right next to the Youghiogheny River. Down a little road in this old town when you think this “can’t be right”…you find a very nice space, a restaurant next door also overlooking the river is a good place to catch football games and the beer and food is also good. “Had a wonderful stay here! The living room space was incredibly cozy. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, and we slept very well. Dan is a warm and friendly host, and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The kitchen facilities were excellent and fully equipped. We were able to cook two dinners there comfortably, and the self-serve breakfast was a nice touch. The location next to the river and railroad tracks. The surroundings are serene and relaxing. Would absolutely love to come back....

“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”
