Do not stay at this property! In fact, Expedia should not even have it on the booking site. It is that bad! It started with the fact that a pre-check in was completed, but once we arrived, we had to do it all again. Night One--Absolutely no hot water! Had to take a cold shower. Spoke to management about this the next morning, and they said it would be fixed that day because several guests had complained about it. The soda machine and juice machine are both not working, and haven't been since June according to other reviews. We had to ask the front desk clerk, who was sleeping, for the correct number of towels and more toilet paper several days during out five night stay. The lack of towels and toilet paper for rooms must be common because the desk clerk pulled them out of a dresser located behind the desk. Twice the pancake machine was not working, and we had to call a worker to get them to come out and fix it because there was no one available at the desk. The breakfast was very sparse. Only had fresh fruit twice in five days. The bedspread on the bed had blood stains on it; bathroom tiles were cracked, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work because it was stuck in the shower position. Lamps only had one light bulb in them when they called for two. Overall, a very bad experience. So bad, that we will never stay in a Days Inn again. If we could have received a refund, we would have left after the first night. We think a refund from Expedia would be in order.
