“Very disappointing experience. Before arriving, I called the hotel to explain that I needed to add one extra guest to my room. The staff confirmed over the phone that this would be fine. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional charge that was never clearly explained beforehand. This felt misleading and unprofessional. “Affordable and nice place to be. You get your money's eorth and the staff and trainees are usually friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. However, dining can take longer than usual, especially if it's a la cart service. The Kitchen needs to do better with the time frame for serving meals.”

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”
