“The hotel was old and uncomfortable. Didn’t find my booking and had to wait around for over 30 minutes for it to be confirmed despite showing evidence the room was booked. Won’t stay again. ”

“Dormire nella storia...in un hotel che è li da 500 anni ! Scelto quasi per caso dovendo spezzare tra il Galles e l'aereoporto di Stansed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Situato proprio nel centro di una graziosissima cittadina la location è calda ed accogliente. Stanze curate accessoriate e pulite. Ha anche un pub/ristorante curato e dai prezzi accessibili. Se poi si preferisce uscire, attorno si trova di tutto in pochi metri. Un plauso anche alla colazione, ricca e variegata”

“The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing...

“We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff were amazing and they all seemed very happy in their jobs. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious, the best Chocolate Brownie ive ever had! Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”
