“The room had small sugar ants in the refrigerator and crawling across the desk, the carpet was in rough shape and really needed cleaning. I couldn’t be upset, because they appear to be in the middle of a remodel.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful....

“Beds and pillows were nice”

“The best part of this location is the proximity to the light rail. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly (waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, coffee). The shuttle was not available when I arrived at the airport at midnight, the front desk said I would need to take an uber or lyft. I guess the shuttle driver had left at 11. The interior of the property is showing some age. But the front desk folks were always kind and the listed amenities were all there.”

“This was our third stay at The Candlewood. An excellent experience each time. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. The gym and laundry were both well maintained and enjoyable to use.”

When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above.”

“The room was spacious and well-lit. However, the toilet was not functioning properly, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly. The bedsheets also lacked that clean, freshly laundered scent, so I wasn’t fully confident they had been changed. Housekeeping is not automatically provided unless requested. Unfortunately, slippers and bathrobes were also unavailable, even upon...

“I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.”
