“BEWARE! The photos and the description of this place were not at all representative of the actual room that we stayed in. We arrived kinda late at night and our pre-paid fees were non-refundable, or we would have gone elsewhere. So here's what we experienced: 1. This is listed as a non-smoking room. WRONG! It was obvious people smoked in the room. In fact, the room's one and only chair had about a dozen cigarette burns in it. 2. The trim around the edges of the "desk" had all been torn away,...

“Great location, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“Loved this place. It is well designed and appointed with ample amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to messages, and checked in through messages to see how the stay was going. The location is two blocks from great coffee and food establishments. A great grocery store was only .5 miles away. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Portland :)”

“This is certainly an interesting place to stay and it was very convenient to all the activity on Alberta Street. It's a tiny home in a backyard (which is filled with three such homes). Quiet neighborhood with adequate street parking (never had a problem finding a space). No microwave oven, which makes it a little messy to warm up leftovers. The shower ran out of hot water after a few minutes and I had to wait for it to warm up again (several cycles). Personally, I would prefer the layout of...

“Place was as described, clean, and well-stocked with toiletries, dishware, cookware, etc. I will say there is mandatory choice between a non-refundable damage fee or refundable deposit in order to confirm your booking with Stay Portland so be aware of that. Otherwise, I had a great stay!”

“I wish I could give this property a 5-star rating overall, but housekeeping came up short. The bathroom sink needed to be cleaned, the bath towels and bedclothes from the previous guest were lying on the floor and the bed had not been made. Additionally, there was an issue with the connectivity for the TV. The room was quiet and comfortable otherwise. There was always a place to park. ”
