“First room was not cleaned unmade bed trash cans were full and bathroom was messy second room was clean but the pant in the bathroom was peeling off the walls and the faucets still had smudge, including the tables next to the bed in a empty plastic bag was underneath the curtains”

I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...
