“Uno dei peggiori Hotels della mia vita (e sono 35 anni che viaggio). La luce della stanza che non funzionava, il Wi-Fi che non funzionava e la receptionist non sapeva che fare e mi ha dato per ben 3 volte la password sbagliata. Comunque poi ho dovuto fare a meno del Wi-Fi perché nella mia stanza non prendeva. Professionalità bassissima. Al ristorante mi hanno servito dell'acqua imbevibile con un sapore di cloro terribile. Alla fine sono scappato la mattina presto, senza neanche fare colazione,...

“What a lovely stay! It’s so close to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The Regis lodge was warm and cosy with lots of fun snacks provided too. Parking was easy on the forecourt and staff were very communicative. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay.”

“Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%”

“Ottimo hotel sopra un pub. Stanza e bagno nuovi e curati nell'arredo. Buona pulizia degli ambienti e buona colazione. Unica pecca non ci è stata rifatta la stanza. Il personale si è limitato solo rimpinguare capsule del caffè e biscotti, ma non sono stati rifatti i letti, pulito il bagno né cambiati gli asciugamani. Ci siamo fermati due notti e non è stato un grande disagio. Solo per questo non assegno il massimo alla pulizia. Il ristorante è buono e adeguato nel prezzo”

“Staff were very helpful and courteous. Carpets and curtains were dated and worn but the friendliness and helpfulness of staff was good. The hotel provided clean sheets and towels and information about local entertainment and shops. Parking was an extra cost of £9.50 for 24 hours which was good for Brighton. Would need more information about how to use shower and TV. Great location for the beach, pier and entertainment. Good value overall. ”
