Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water.
Other than that, our room was beautiful and we had a lovely time.
I wasn’t aware that we would get the vacation club ask…
