“The room was clean. Had a problem with the TV, and the employee at front desk came to the room immediately and corrected the problem. We would stay here again.”

“Our room was clean. Hallways were quiet. Room was smaller than most hotels, but for an older building maintained well.”

“we should have turned around and left. the parking was dirty, overgrown grass and weeds. the steps were broken and cracked, paint peeling, some trash in stairwell, musky smell there and in hallway. dirty walls and dingey carpet. windows dirty, they did lock but were uneven. low water pressure, and temperature. tub floor was weak and bowing. the door fit properly. this place needs updated bad.”

“comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!”

“The front desk staff was welcoming. However, although I tried to give the place some grace because they are going through renovations, the room wasn't the cleanest I have seen in this chain. The shower door was very dirty on the bottom and the floor was sticky. When looking up, I see a bug in the light cover, too. A few things that could easily have made the stay better. As I was leaving, I grabbed some coffee and when I took the first sip, it was cold. A little disappointed all the way around.”

“We enjoyed the breakfasts. Staff were all friendly and kept the facility clean King bed was super comfy with a selection of pillows that were soft and medium.”
