“First room has blood on the she's, staff was very friendly and got us a second room. That one had a very dirty bathroom. Overall experience not great.”

“If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building. ”

“My wife has a great stay here. She said the staff was very friendly, and everything was nice and clean. The pool was closed the day they tried to swim but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't even know they had one. Over all great experience.”

“The whole place is rundown. Mold in the wall next to the ice machine. Ceilings and tiles falling off in the rooms. Bedding not cleaned. My smallest kid had diarrhea and vomited from the pool water. ”

“We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! ”

“Nice hotel but no coffee maker in the room. It would be nice to have your own fresh coffee in the morning especially if you dont make it to the free breakfast.”

“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“Decent area tho hard to find the driveway. Lobby has a horrible air freshener and tacky flowers which are immediately off-putting. Rooms are generally better but not well-cleaned. Hallways down right creepy and filthy. Gym appeared ok.”

“Property was very clean inside and outside. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. We went to a concert at Vibrant Arena and it was very convenient to get to the venue and back. I would stay there again.”
