“The television doesn’t get the local channels ABC, CBS and NBC the bed was very hard and comfortable. The pillows were flat ruff nights sleep and when we woke in the morning they serve breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. We arrived at 8 AM. They had no eggs and said that one person ate all the eggs, and what they had left was only frozen sorry I will be calling corporate to tell them of the conditions of this particular hotel.”

“Very cool historic building with antique furnishings and super comfortable bed. Paid a little extra to stay in the presidential suite which was very cool. Suite had a whirlpool, and an awesome sitting room overlooking downtown. My only gripe is the whirlpool wasn't able to get very hot at all. I assume the water heater can't keep up for the tub's demand. One guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the lounge/bar/restaurant is no longer in service. “Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. “I am a fan of this hotel, because of how clea. It was, the friendliness of staff, and the comfortable room. I appreciated amenities like dove hand wash, body wash, lotion, and hair products. The bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious, and easy to relax in after traveling all day. They were helpful in finding me a dog friendly room also. I felt safe at this hotel and will return if I’m in the area.”

“The front desk staff answered all my questions and were helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. It had a no frills vibe. I did like the hand soap they provided. My hands felt soft and clean after using it. Outside the hotel in front it looked like work was being done on other businesses. The outside had a sketchy vibe, but I didn’t experience any issues.”
