“Room was okay, nothing special but nothing really wrong either. The bathroom was a nice size and had two sinks.”

“Great location. Parking in and out was easy. Right off the river. Food in the hotel and also within walking distance. lovely room. Clean and modern. Would stay again. ”

“The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. I mentioned it to the desk host; she said it's kept at a steady 85 degrees but that she would mention it to the maintenance department. The hotel is lovely overall. “Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. ”

“Parking was adequate. I learned that coffee machine was available 24/7 so my concern that I could only brew decade in my room seems irrelevant. The waffle or pancake option was unavailable which is too bad. The mini fridge froze my items but was great for my purchased drinks. The towels and sheets were clean and the shower worked great. ”
