What a difference a year makes! We were disappointed with the size and condition of our “nonsmoking” room. The standard room was extremely small and poorly lit. We stayed at this property a year ago exactly. In fact, the main reason we stopped in Ordu was the great stay we had in Sinema hotel. This year The property seemed rundown and the staff was not much better. One example was when the breakfast staff(named canan ) scoffed when we asked for something as simple as olive oil.

"Sitenizden rezervasyon yaptım yıldız otel yer olmadığını rezervasyonu iptal ettirmem gerektiğini söylediler.Müşteri temsilciniz yardımcı oldu ama sizin gibi kurumsal bir firmaya yapılan bu şey hoş değil hotels olarak sizi seviyoruz bu tür şeylerin yaşanmasını uygun bulmuyorum"

"There is no words can explain my feeling about this property. The house and the area around was amazing, beautiful, quiet and full of green. The breakfast which made by Jameelah ( wife of the house) was very very delicious. Mr. Giofan ( Husband of the house) the most amazing person a meet in Turki. ..."
