“The breakfast menu was fresh. The air conditioner worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk kindly agreed to take a photo of my wife and me with my grandchildren and their parents before we departed. ”

“I'm a Silver Elite IHG Member. I stayed here over a year ago, and everything was superb. This time, I was given a late check-out of Noon. (Silver Elite always receives this courtesy. I was 15 minutes later than I was supposed to be, 12:15 pm. They hit me with a $25.00 late fee. The reason I was late .... I spilled ice near the ice machine. “Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)”
