Hotel a Section

“On our last 2 stays at this Avid, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I think it was a malfunction of the system and not an actual smoke detection. We were not able to get a good night’s rest. We won’t stay at this hotel again.”

“Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.”

“It is a means well hotel. But it lacks a lot of everything. Bare bones staff, semi stocked breakfast, pool is small, rooms are eh. If you need a place to sleep and do not care about anything but a bed sure. When issues arise at the hotel, this is not the place to be. Our room flooded from a different guest conjoining room and it has been a disaster. I would not recommend.”

“Booked a non smoking room. Had to stay in a smoking room that was like sleeping in an ash tray.”

“We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too! The location is excellent and convenient to everything around Guntersville. The porch/deck with the fireplace was very nice. Though it was the middle of summer and the fire wasn't...
