But when we booked Expedia showed that allowed cats and dogs and this Windgate is Steubenville OH did take cats in Dec 2025 when we stayed there. but I called the day prior to our reservation, and they said they did not take cats since things have changed. “The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area.”
