“Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great.”

However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. “Our stay here was amazing! The staffs were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only issue we had was the s'mores kit was stale and the popcorn was expired. I’m sure we could’ve got that resolved but it wasn’t really a big issue! 10/10 would ”

The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
