“Small older hotel... Only the basics here... Room had fridge coffee maker microwave and TV... Mattress was very comfortable... Had my service dog with me and even though I should not be paying a pet fee for my service dog the person at the front desk insisted that I had to...”

“The room and kitchenette were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows The right consistency. The staff that I dealt was amazing. Nigel checked me in and assisted with the very minute issues that arose swiftly and with a smile and kind words. His work was top tier. Josh checked me out and he was also a very pleasant and well mannered person. Due to these to people my family has decided that any time we visit the area again. This will be our hotel of choice.”

“There is no housekeeping daily. The TV did not work. Room keys quit working after the first day. The toilet ran for 20-30 minutes after a flush. Maintenance did come and it seemed to work after. Not a great place. NFL draft weekend so our options were limited.”

“A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym.”

“Liked the room. But really need to be able to adjust brightness on giant TV, Probably need to upgrade pillows. It was good enough for us after 2 very long days.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. The free continental breakfast was ok at best but again it was free so can't complain too much about it.”
