“We booked this Fairfield Inn because our house currently has no power and we thought it would at least be a fun, relaxing night for our kids since the hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was literally GREEN and completely unusable. Our kids were so excited to swim and were really disappointed. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM, but by 8:30 there was still nothing out. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, there wasn’t even anyone working the desk....

“The stay and price was ridiculous IHG properties are at the bottom end of a chain once reputable and hearing complaints about staff shortages is uncalled for. The rooms aren’t clean I even wonder about the bedding. New manager new staff and a remodel is absolutely necessary. What a waste yet again!!!”

They have no food for breakfast so if you’re booking because of the breakfast, they don’t have any they have cereal and milk, juice, and pancake batter. That is it.”

“This hotel posts quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, but I was woken up at 3:18 AM by noise from the next room. First came loud TV audio, followed by doors slamming, objects dropping, and an alarm going off twice, etc. After an hour of this, I called the front desk. The woman who answered was impatient and told me that this time of night is when many guests head to the airport. I said I understood that, but suggested they could at least politely remind guests to keep the noise down. If your flight...

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great.”
