Upon entering the building there was a strong perfumey odor, pleasant, but a little strong which I questioned to my self, what are they hiding. I was pleased to find nothing but good. Second night was pretty much the same but the room was on second floor and hinted of stale smoke. Not strong but to some it could be. I would stay again !”

“I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. Non working elevator and non- working TV, non working lobby telephone. Never again! Oh, 2 Extended Stays with-in of a mile of eachother and no way of...

“The hotel was clean and staff was nice. When I travel I get hotels with breakfast included. They said they had breakfast which the guy the checked us in said there would be eggs, yougurt, muffins, oatmeal. When i came down at 7 there was only oatmeal and muffins. They had no bowls or silverware for oatmeal or hot water to use on oatmeal. Came back down at 8 same thing was disappointed in false advertisement”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“My room was adequate, two queen beds, bathroom with tub shower. The hairdryer was missing from my bathroom but one call to the front desk and I had a new hairdryer in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”
