“Room was not very clean. Also had to wait 1 hour to check in and make a few different phone calls to get someone out to check us in. What kind of hotel ends their check in so early. Would not recommend”

We also waited at the reception for nearly 2 hours, and no one was available to assist us. We repeatedly tried calling the hotel number until 9:20 AM, but nobody responded.
