“Got in just after midnight nobody at front desk to check us in. The office had to call an employee who was sleeping and then she gave us a room that was already occupied. Finally got our room and the TV did not work. Total choas!”

“The room was very nice, clean and quiet.The staff was courteous and helpful. Had to extend my stay by one night and they were very helpful doing this for me.”

“Halls and elevators were dirty. Starbucks cafe had almost nothing for breakfast at 7 am. Had to call front desk twice in the morning because no one answered.”

“The room had no so pleasant smell. And it looks like everyone had a pet- it seems like there is no system of designating rooms to those travelers who prefer pet room free rooms.”

“Pros: Bed was comfy and staff was friendly. Pets aloud. Decent price. Con: Room/ bathroom was poorly cleaned. Floors were sticky and the fridge was as well making it hard to open. Toilet had stuff all over it along with the walls. All lights were unplugged along with charging station not working even when plugged in. Also breakfast could be better. Only option during our stay no matter the time was muffins, coffee, and a few yogurts.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
