"Camera di una buona metratura ma non eccellente per essere un 5 stelle. Upgrade gratuito su vista della piazza principale. Letto discretamente comodo. Il bagno funziona ma senza bidet (è pur sempre un 5 stelle dai). Colazione superba. Un’esperienza unica."

"Stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid in August and it was AMAZING! I upgraded to a Superior Room, 1 King Bed, City View (Room 306) and the space was impressive, great layout, bold sexy colors, and every amenity listed. Plenty of room for my luggage, separate toilet and shower, sink set outside the bathroom. The shower was huge and felt like a spa moment every time. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely safe and comfortable the whole stay. City view means some street noise at night, sirens and the usual sounds, but never too distracting. I ordered a yoga mat to my room and did a couple Rock Om classes on the in-room TV, highly recommend. Location made getting around effortless. Walked straight from Atocha station, plus metro and bus stops nearby. Visited La Roseleda, very walkable area. Got a manicure and pedicure nearby for 23 euros each. Good food options around, including a Starbucks. Best part of my stay was catching the solar eclipse from the rooftop bar RT60. Booked a reservation, wonderful energy, great service. Had the shrimp tacos, fries, and a glass of white wine while watching the eclipse blend into sunset with music playing. UNFORGETTABLE. Pool area is nice to unwind and sunbathe. It's on the smaller side, but does the job on a hot day. Wifi was reliable, staff was accommodating and made sure everything felt dialed in. I would book again without hesitation."

"La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, nel centro di Plaza de Espana vicino la metro e all'inizio della Gran via. Il servizio è stato ottimo, camera e in generale tutta la struttura pulitissimi. La terrazza e la piscina hanno lasciato un po' a desiderare, data l'affluenza di persone, non ha permesso di poter usufruire di questi due servizi al meglio"
