“It was clean, chill, not in a super busy area-yet close to a lot. People around were nosey but that happens everywhere. ”

“Our room was dirty, hair in the bed, make up on the pillows. A condom wrapper under the head board. The head board had hand prints. The sheets and towels were stained. The sink in bathroom was clogged. No power cable for tv, tape holding batteries in on the back. Ice machine didn’t work. No juice for breakfast, no cream cheese for bagels. No soap in the dispensers chair had stains . Very unsatisfied for my first time in Texas. :( I feel I should receive a full refund our voucher for future...

“We didn't use the kitchen, but the room had a fridge, cooktop, microwave, and sink. I don't know if they had cookware, however. The room was clean and the shower had very hot water, which i liked. There's a hair dryer and ironing board as well. The shower was basic as is no place to set your shampoo, body wash, etc. ”

“We first got there and received a key to a king bed room when I booked for two. We then got moved to a double bed room that’s carpet was covered in blood stains like a massacre had occurred. The staff said there was no other rooms available and would fully refund the stay. I didn’t get a full refund. ”
