Hotel a Gammersgill

“The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap. The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. ”

“What a lovely place to stay. A convenient location on the A66 (near to Scotch Corner). Beatiful views from the back of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the bar area. Rooms were nice and comfortable with a very spacious bathroom and great shower. The only downside was that we were in Room 8 which was above the kitchen which was a bit on the noisey side. Will definitely use again but would bring ear plugs next time.”

“Where can I begin with this dream! If I could give 7 stars I would. We have stayed in many 5 stars all over the world, I can firmly put this in the top 3. From the moment we arrived, Grantley Hall was a sensational experience. Issac holding the fort at the front gate, dressed impeccably, welcomed us like family and with so much energy it was like a shot of espresso! “A great atmosphere at the Tan Hill, a good crowd was in on the night that we visited. The dinner was very good and the breakfast excellent. Our room was great with a good view out over the moors. If we're ever up that way we'll definitely stay again.”

“Hicimos noche de camino a Edimburgo. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. El alojamiento era una casa antigua pero reformada y con encanto. El personal muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. No teníamos adaptador de corriente y nos prestaron uno. La comida era buena y tenian una bonita terraza para tomar cerveza”
