Hotel a Geuda Springs

“Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in.”

“The pool isn’t a real thing… like it’s there but who knows the last it worked… the first room we were put in had bed bugs which I didn’t find until 2am getting eaten alive. Went to tell the guy and got switched rooms. That room also had bed bugs so I finally gave up and drove back out of town to at-least get a couple hours of sleep before being a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. Which the made me so busy I couldn’t even contact them to attempt to not pay for the entire weekend.. but there is a...

“Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH...
