“The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! “Great hotel close to Stansted Airport. On the day of my check-out, I needed to work from there with my laptop, and they kindly allowed me to stay in the bar area for the entire afternoon. I especially appreciated the kindness of the entire staff.”

“The hotel is very handy. Staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. Peccato che nella prenotazione di HOTELS non è stato assolutamente specificato che la camera nostra era una specie di capsule room (penso sui 12 mt), inadatta per due persone e per muoversi con le valigie. Men che meno si poteva capire che questa tipologia fosse diversa da altre presenti in hotel, visto che era una doppia con letto doppio senza altra specifica. “better than I expected. I asked for the shuttle at 4 am and it was very precise. The only thins is the price, on the site it says 4,50 pounds each one, on the phone 8 pounds for two and when the guy arrived he said it was 12 pounds for two... anyway it was the best option, 10 min from the airport, the left us at Radisson blue hotel and from there it's 3 min walking through the airport til the departures. I would suggest this structure.”

“Had a wonderful and peaceful stay for my birthday - staff very kindly upgraded my room. I had the most relaxing facial at the spa which was worth every penny! I also really enjoyed the fish and chips from the restaurant. Cleanliness was overall good, but could've been improved when it came to stains on the sofa in the room, occasional hairs left on furniture and insects found in-between the window frames.
