Hotel a Chelmsford

“Comfortable hotel in the countryside, high quality of restaurant.”

“Room was nice but in need of update, bed base was ripped and cushions were stale and in need of a wash. It was good to have a fully stocked fridge Bathroom was lovely and a good size. Breakfast was good but disappointing to have to pay for fresh coffee. The coffee in the table flasks was not the best. Overall hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times but could do with a few tweaks here and there.”

“The room was beautiful so cosy spotlessly clean bathroom amazing bed very comfortable room was bright and airy location beautiful idlic views and last but not least staff were very friendly always smiling and so polite ”

“The primary purpose of a hotel is to sleep away from home. Do not skimp on pillows and mattresses. Theirs were lumpy, old, worn, instituional. I would expect a higher standard in prison or Butlins. It's a relatively quick a cheap fix, please sort it out.”

“Excellent value for money. Room clean, roomy and welcoming. It's not 5 star, but for the price superb and breakfast was fantastic. Can't fault the place.”

“Clean room though may be small in size with the unnecessary extra bed occupying the space. The staff was helpful but was surprised to see that not all the rooms had IRONs which is standard in US. ”

“Very clean, comfortable bed and sofa, nice to have a desk. Kitchen mostly equipped, just needed to get a couple cleaning supplies and a tea pot! Would stay again.”

“We stayed in this property for 5 days (December 11 to 16). On checking out, we asked for the total fee for our parking our vehicle for the 5 nights. We were told it costs £8 a night and to pay using the machine at the gate. We did. We paid £40 for the 5 nights. We got home, and received a £60 "fine" for parking at this hotel, even though we paid, we have the receipt and it shows in our credit card. We got another £60 admin fee charged by our car rental company to our card for this same...

“Stanza molto pulita e comoda. Colazione eccellente e con molte scelte. Cito in particolare lo staff della sala colazione e la responsabile che con efficienza teneva tutto pulito ed ordinato senza essere invadente. Complimenti! ”

“Molto comodo per chi viaggia da e per aeroporto , in zona non c’è molto , ma è fornito molto bene con un Mc donald di fronte e dei negozi . Nel piano superiore c’è un ristorante è un bar con la visuale della posta dell aeroporto ! Davvero consigliato ”
